Suggested use

Adults, take 2 tablets daily. If desired, take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, ferment media (organic soy flour, organic Saccharomyces cerevisiae, lactic acid bacteria [L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, L. rhamnosus], papain [deactivated], bromelain [deactivated]); less than 2% of: hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, silica, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid. Contains: Fermented soy.
