Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states from our fulfillment center in Paterson, New Jersey. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day usually leave the same day. Orders paid by bank transfer ship once the payment has been received.
Shipping rates
Standard Ground (3–5 business days): $9.95 — free on orders over $250.
Express (1–2 business days): $24.95.

Carriers & tracking
Parcels ship with UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is scanned at our Paterson, NJ dock; tracking can take up to 12 hours to update.
Temperature-sensitive items
Grocery staples, fresh aromatics and cold-pressed juices ship in insulated packaging with reusable gel packs at no extra cost. Outside the Northeast Tri-State area we recommend Express shipping for these items.
Freight (LTL) for wholesale orders
B2B shipments over 250 lbs are usually palletized and shipped by LTL freight (for example Estes, R+L Carriers or Old Dominion). Freight delivery requires a dock-height receiving address or liftgate service; liftgate service carries an additional fee. Contact us for a freight quote.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address before placing your order and contact us right away if it needs to change. Once an order is loaded onto the carrier vehicle it cannot be redirected.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the carrier’s estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim and replace or refund the affected items.
