These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the All In One Wholesales website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. "We", "us" and "our" mean All In One Wholesales, Paterson, New Jersey, USA.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.
2. Wholesale and business accounts
Businesses may apply for a wholesale account. Approval, account pricing and payment terms are at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders. Wholesale accounts that purchase tax-exempt for resale must provide a valid resale certificate and are responsible for its accuracy. Products bought at wholesale pricing are for resale or business use.
3. Products and information
We try to describe products, ingredients and images accurately, but manufacturers may change formulas and packaging. Always read the label on the product you receive. Dietary supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is not medical advice; consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition.
4. Prices, availability and errors
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Products are subject to availability. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid, even after you receive an order confirmation. We may limit or refuse quantities per customer.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we ship the products. We accept payment by credit/debit card through our payment processor and by bank transfer; bank-transfer orders ship after the funds are received. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
We ship within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, or placing fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, including text, graphics and our logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
