Suggested use

Adults: take one tablet one to three times daily at mealtime. Do not chew tablets.

Other ingredients

Maltodextrin, cellulose, shellac, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, sodium alginate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable), medium chain triglycerides, glycerin, sunflower lecithin.
